Auto expire unsigned documents

Sets the default expiration time for unsigned documents when no custom expiration was set at the time of sending.

Reassign Signer Mode

Controls whether a signer can reassign their signature to another person.

• Disable: Signers cannot reassign.
• Per Document: Reassigning one document reassigns all documents for that signer in the same room.
• Per Room: Reassigning one document reassigns only that specific document.

Decline Signature Mode

Controls whether and how a signer can decline to sign.

• Disable: Signers cannot decline.
• One Document: Declining applies only to the specific document the signer acted on.
• All Documents: Declining applies to all remaining unsigned documents for that signer.

Require login to view signed documents

When turned on, signers must create a portal account and log in to view their completed documents. When turned off, completed documents are accessible via a link.

Signer editable fields

Controls which form fields signers can edit when signing:

• All Fields Editable: Signers can edit any field.
• Empty Fields Editable: Signers can only edit fields that are currently blank.
• No Fields Editable: Signers cannot edit any fields.

Enable PDF document security after document is signed (lock PDF)

When turned on, the completed PDF is locked from further edits after signing.

Landing Page

Controls what signers see when they click the button in their invitation email.

• Show: Signers are taken to the file room page.
• Skip: Signers are taken directly to the first document or payment request.
• Skip + Redirect: Signers are taken directly to the first document or payment, then redirected to a Thank You page after completion.

Allow Mouse Signature

• Enabled: Signers can use their mouse to draw their signature.
• Disabled: Mouse signing is not available.
• Keyboard: Typing a signature is the default method.
• Mouse: Mouse drawing is the default method.
• Auto Detect: The system detects whether the signer is on a touchscreen, keyboard, or mouse and offers the most appropriate option.
• Force Default: Forces a specific method regardless of the device.
