Requesting GDPR / DPA Documents — Legacy

If your organization needs a copy of Sertifi's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or other compliance documentation, here is how to request it.

Standard DPA Request

  1. Visit the Sertifi Secure Data Room, powered by SafeBase (your Sertifi account representative can provide the direct link).
  2. Click Get Access.
  3. Enter your work email address and submit the form.
  4. You will receive a confirmation, and access credentials will be sent securely to your inbox.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact Sertifi Support and we can submit the request on your behalf.

Account-Specific DPA

If your organization requires a customized DPA with specific terms, this requires review by Sertifi's legal team. Contact Sertifi Support with the following information:

  • Your company name and the date your agreement with Sertifi was signed
  • A description of the specific DPA terms you are requesting
  • Any documents you need Sertifi to review (e.g., your organization's own processing agreement)
