Sertifi eSignature allows your property to send contracts and documents for digital signature — without requiring credit card details or payments. Documents are configured with Data Tags to indicate where signatures, initials, dates, and other fields should appear.
How It Works
- Your team uploads a tagged document to the Document Library.
- A file room is created and the document is sent to the signer(s).
- Signers receive an email invitation and sign electronically.
- Completed signed documents are stored securely and available for download.
