- Search for the relevant portal in Salesforce.
- In the Sertifi Portals section, use the dropdown arrow next to the portal name and select Edit.
- Ensure "Travel Authorizations Enabled" is checked. Correct the billing address if an error appears.
- Fill in the CRM system information (select "Unknown" if needed) and click Save.
- Close the Service Now support ticket once all steps are complete.
