You have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored in Sertifi systems. This article explains how to submit that request and what to expect.
How to submit a deletion request
Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with the subject line: Personal Data Deletion Request.
Include in your message:
- Your full name
- Your email address as it appears in Sertifi
- The name of the hotel or property associated with your data
What happens after you submit
- Sertifi will verify your identity before processing the request
- Your personal data will be deleted from Sertifi systems
- Your email address will be disabled to prevent further communications
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete
Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion to be processed.
Important notes
- Deletion requests cannot be reversed once processed
- Some data may be retained if required by law or contractual obligation (for example, financial transaction records)
- If you are a hotel employee, your employer's data retention policies may also apply
GDPR / DPA documents
If you need Sertifi's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or GDPR documentation, include that request in your email to SupportSertifi@flywire.com.
