Overview
If your network has firewall or IP restrictions, you may need to whitelist Sertifi's IP addresses to ensure emails are delivered and system communications work correctly. There are two categories of addresses to consider.
Traffic coming FROM Sertifi (email and communications)
To ensure you receive all emails from Sertifi and your portal, whitelist the following:
- 104.245.209.204/32 — Postmark (transactional email)
- 149.72.191.76/32 — SendGrid
- 149.72.171.184/32 — SendGrid
If you are still not receiving emails after whitelisting these addresses, contact Sertifi Support for the complete current list, as addresses may be updated.
Traffic going TO Sertifi (portal access)
If your network restricts outbound traffic, your IT team may need to allow access to Sertifi's portal domains. Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com for the current list of Sertifi service IP ranges to provide to your IT team.
