Security Groups control which Admins can view, clone, or refund credit card information in your portal. As a Super Admin, you can create and manage these groups.
Available Security Group Types
Group Type | What It Allows |
Can View Unmasked CC | Members can view full, unmasked credit card numbers on file rooms. A blue credit card icon will appear on the File Maintenance page. |
Clones & Refunds | Members can clone (re-charge) and refund payments. Clone and Refund buttons will appear on file rooms. |
Accounting (Combined) | Members can view unmasked CC numbers AND process clones and refunds. Combines both group types above. |
How to Create a Security Group
- Navigate to Administration → Account Settings → Security Settings.
- Click Add Group and give the group a clear name (e.g., "Can View Unmasked CC" or "Clones & Refunds").
- Click the pencil icon next to the new group's name.
- Set the required permissions to Allow (see the table below for which permissions apply to each group type).
- Click Save.

How to Add a Member to a Security Group
- Navigate to Administration → Account Settings → Security Settings.
- Click the silhouette icon next to the group name.
- Click Add Member.
- Enter the user's email address.
The user must log out and back in for the changes to take effect. Once added to the Unmasking group, they will see a blue credit card icon on file rooms. Once added to the Clone & Refunds group, they will see Refund and Clone buttons.
