Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO) — Marriott

Marriott Sertifi portals use Single Sign-On (SSO) tied to your Marriott credentials. This article explains how to log in, what to do if you see an error, and how Super Admin access requests work for Marriott properties.

All Super Admin requests must be submitted through MGS: Super Admin Request form on MGS

Once submitted, the request goes to your property's Approval Manager. After approval, Sertifi will activate the account and notify you.
