What this error means
A generic Please Contact Support error when trying to send a document or authorization usually means there was a temporary issue with your portal or a brief system interruption. In most cases, the issue resolves itself quickly.
Steps to try first
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for all time and try again.
- Log out and log back in to your portal.
- Try from a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
- Wait a few minutes and retry — the issue may have already resolved.

- Your portal URL
- Your email address
- A screenshot of the error if possible
- What you were trying to send when the error occurred
