How to log in to your Hyatt Sertifi portal
Hyatt uses Single Sign-On (SSO), which means you log in with your Hyatt Global ID — not a username and password.
Steps
- Go to www.sertifi.com/Hyatt_SSO and bookmark this page for easy access.
- Do not enter a username or password.
- Click Log in with Enterprise ID.
- Enter your Hyatt Global ID when prompted.
Common issues
Error: "An error has occurred attempting to login externally"
This usually means one of three things:
- Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity — contact your Super Admin to reactivate it.
- Your Global ID is not linked to your Sertifi account — your Super Admin can update this under Administration > View Admins.
- You are a new user and your account has not been set up yet — contact your Super Admin.
