- Locate the most recently active Super Admin. If none active within the last 60 days, also check the Salesforce account for active contacts.
- Hilton WW, Marriott (if no Super Admins), and Kimpton requests have their own processes. See the relevant brand SOP.
- Once the Super Admin is looped in, provide directions for adding the user. Example: 'Dear Super Admin, [Name of Admin] has requested portal access. For security, please add them by going to Administration → Create New Admin.'
- If the Super Admin replies with an error, you may complete the action on their behalf.
