As a general rule, we ask Super Admins to add new users for portal security. However, Marriott and a few other brands require Support to add Super Admins directly.
*NOTE: If this request is not coming from a ServiceNow ticket through Marriott, an approved contact, or a Super Admin, review the Access Requests SOP first.*
- Navigate to Administration → Create Admins.
- Enter the email and select Search.
- For Marriott, Hyatt, or other SSO logins, an EID field will populate. Enter the EID provided by the client.
- You may also add the user to a Security Group, but as a general rule (unless specified in the ServiceNow ticket) let Super Admins handle that.
- Select "Create account for user." The user will receive an activation email.
