Overview
Sertifi periodically rolls out IP restriction updates across brand portals (such as Hyatt). These updates require that users access Sertifi from approved IP addresses or through approved VPN/ZScaler configurations. If your access is affected, you may see a login error or be unable to access the portal.
What to do before a wave
- Review the notification email from Sertifi or your brand IT team about the upcoming wave and the effective date.
- Confirm your office network or VPN is on the approved IP list with your IT department.
- If you work remotely, ensure you are connected through your brand-approved VPN or ZScaler before accessing Sertifi.
If you are already locked out after a wave
Contact Sertifi Support and your brand IT team. Sertifi Support can confirm your portal's IP restriction settings, but changes to the approved IP list must be made by your brand IT team — not Sertifi.
