How to log in
- Go to www.sertifi.com/Hilton — bookmark this page for easy access.
- Skip the Username and Password fields.
- Click "Log in with Enterprise ID".
- Enter your Hilton EID credentials when prompted.
Troubleshooting
Pink error message or redirect error
This usually means your browser has cached an old session. Clear your browsing history (set the time range to "All time") and try again. See: How to clear your cache and cookies
EID not found or incorrect email attached
Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with your EID and the email address you believe should be linked to it.
"Bad redirect" or OKTA error
Log in via www.sertifi.com/Hilton directly rather than through an app link. The direct URL bypasses the redirect issue.
Need GAM access
Access requests for Hilton properties must go through Global Access Management (GAM) via ServiceNow. Contact your Hilton IT team for the ServiceNow link.
Delphi or permission errors
Contact delphifdcadmin@hilton.com — they manage permission settings within the Hilton org.
