What is Super Admin?
Super Admin is the highest access level in Sertifi. Super Admins can add and remove users, change roles, update portal settings, and manage credit card viewing permissions.
How to grant Super Admin access (if you are already a Super Admin)
- Log in to your Sertifi portal.
- Go to Administration > View Admins.
- Find the user and click their email address.
- Select Super Admin from the Role dropdown.
- Click Update.
The user must log out and log back in for the new role to take effect.
How to create a new Super Admin account
- Go to Administration > Create Admin.
- Enter the new user's email address and click Search.
- Select Super Admin from the Role dropdown.
- Enter their EID if your portal uses SSO.
- Click Create Account.
The user will receive an activation email to set their password.
No active Super Admin at your property?
Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com and include:
- Your full name and work email address
- Your property name and portal URL (e.g. www.sertifi.com/yourproperty)
- Your role at the property
We will verify your identity before granting access. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Marriott properties
All Super Admin requests for Marriott properties must go through the MGS ServiceNow process. Requests submitted directly to Sertifi Support cannot be processed for Marriott.
Hilton properties
Super Admin access for Hilton is managed through your Hilton EID. Contact Sertifi Support to initiate the verification process.
Hyatt properties
Contact Sertifi Support with your Global ID and property name. Hyatt Super Admin requests require additional verification.
