Why this helps
Many login and display issues in Sertifi are caused by outdated browser data. Clearing your cache and cookies is the recommended first step for most portal errors — including blank screens, login loops, and pages that won't load correctly.
Google Chrome (recommended browser for Sertifi)
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Close Chrome completely and reopen it, then try logging in again.
Microsoft Edge
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data, then Remove All.
Still having issues after clearing cache?
Try opening Sertifi in an Incognito (Chrome) or InPrivate (Edge) window. If it works there but not in a regular window, a browser extension is likely interfering. Try disabling extensions one at a time to identify the cause.
