What is Super Admin access?
Super Admin is the highest access level in Sertifi. Super Admins can add and remove users, change roles, update portal settings, and manage credit card viewing permissions.
If your property already has an active Super Admin
Ask your current Super Admin to update your role:
- They log in to the Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > View Admins.
- Click your email address.
- Change your Role to Super Admin.
- Click Update.
If your property has no active Super Admin
Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with:
- Your full name and work email address
- Your property name and portal URL (e.g. www.sertifi.com/yourproperty)
- Your role at the property
Sertifi will verify your identity before granting access. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Marriott properties
Super Admin requests for Marriott properties must go through the MGS ServiceNow process. Contact Sertifi Support if you are unsure how to proceed.
Hilton properties
Super Admin access for Hilton requires EID verification. Contact Sertifi Support to initiate the process.
Hyatt properties
Contact Sertifi Support with your Global ID and property name.
