Overview
If you need to update the title displayed on your credit card authorization form (for example, changing "Payment Authorization Request" to "Credit Card Authorization Form"), this is managed at the portal settings level.
Who can do this
Super Admins only. For some branded portals (Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton), the form title may be controlled at the brand level and require a support request.
Steps — Classic portal
- Log in to your Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings > eAuthorizations.
- Look for a form title or display name field.
- Update the name and click Save Changes.
If you do not see a title field in your account settings, the form name is set at the document template level. Go to Administration > eAuthorization Document Library, find the template, and edit the document title there.
Branded portal (Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton)
For branded portals, the authorization form title may be part of the brand-approved template and cannot be changed by the property independently. Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with your portal name, current title, and the new title you want. Include your property name and MARSHA/GID code if applicable.
