No limit
Sertifi Security Groups do not have a fixed maximum number of members. You can add as many users as needed to any Security Group — including Can View Unmasked CC, Clone/Refund, or any custom group.
How to add users
Super Admins can manage Security Group membership from Administration > Account Settings > Security Settings. Select the group and add each user's email address.
Tip
If you are going on leave or need to ensure coverage, add backup users to the relevant Security Groups before you go. There is no penalty for having multiple members.
