Can You Require Signing Before Allowing Payment?

Overview

No — Sertifi does not currently have a built-in feature to block payment submission until a document has been signed. Signing and payment are independent actions within the same folder.

Workaround

Send the signature document in one folder first. After it is returned signed, send a separate folder with the payment request. This two-step process ensures the guest has signed before you collect payment.
