Why accounts get deactivated
Sertifi automatically deactivates accounts after 90 days of inactivity. This is a security measure and applies to all account types, including Super Admins.
How to reactivate
Only an active Super Admin at your property can reactivate another account — including a deactivated Super Admin account.
- Contact another active Super Admin at your property and ask them to reactivate your account through Settings > Users.
- If you are the only Super Admin and your account has been deactivated, contact Sertifi Support — we can reactivate it on your behalf after verifying your identity.
What Sertifi Support needs to reactivate your account
- Your correct email address
- Your EID or Global ID (if applicable to your brand)
- Your property code (MARSHA code, InnCode, Spirit code, GID, etc.)
