How Do I Update a User's Name or Profile Information?

Who can update profile information

In Sertifi, each user must update their own profile information. Admins and Super Admins cannot edit another person's name or profile details on their behalf.

How a user updates their own profile

1. Log in to the Sertifi portal.
2. Go to Administration > My Profile.
3. Click Edit Personal Info.
4. Update the name or other details and save.

What about new users — can I set their name when creating the account?

No — the name field is personal to the user. When you create a new account, the system will use the email address as the identifier. The user themselves should log in and complete their profile after activating their account.
