Yes — but a Security Group is required
The ability to clone and refund payments is not automatic for any role — including Power Admins and Super Admins. Every user who needs to clone or refund must be added to the Clone/Refund Security Group, regardless of their role.
How to grant access
A Super Admin can add any user (Admin, Power Admin, or Super Admin) to the Clone/Refund Security Group:
- Log in to your portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings > Security Settings.
- Find the Clone/Refund group.
- Add the user's email and save.
