Outside of Business Hours?
If your issue occurs outside of support hours, here are some steps to try while you wait:
- Guest can't complete payment: Ask them to try a different browser (Chrome recommended), clear their cache, or try on a different device.
- Document won't load: Check status.sertifi.com for any known outages, then try clearing browser cache.
- Login issues: Use the Forgot Password link on your portal's login page.
- Expired document: A Super Admin can un-expire the folder from within the portal.
