This article explains how to reactivate a user account that has been automatically deactivated due to inactivity.
When to use it
- As a Super Admin, follow these steps when a user has been inactive for 90 days or more and their account has been deactivated by the system.
Steps to take
- Log in to the system as a Super Admin.
- Click Administration > View Admins > [View all].
- Locate the email address of the user you want to reactivate.
- Click the email address to open the user info screen.
- Click Reactivate.
What to do if this doesn't work
- Make sure you are logged in with Super Admin permissions.
- Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
- If the Reactivate button is missing, the user may already be active or there may be a permissions issue.
