Overview
You can configure your Sertifi eAuthorization form to require guests to upload a government-issued ID alongside their credit card details. This is a portal-level setting controlled by a Super Admin.
Who can do this
Super Admins only.
Steps — Classic portal
- Log in to your Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings > eAuthorizations.
- Look for a setting labeled Require ID Upload or Participant Upload.
- Enable it and click Save Changes.
Steps — Next Gen portal
- Log in to your Sertifi Next Gen portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings.
- Find the Participant Uploads section.
- Enable the upload requirement and configure whether it is optional or required.
- Click Save.
Not seeing the option?
Participant upload may not be enabled for your portal. Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with your portal name to request it be enabled.
