Overview
If your organization is migrating to a new email domain (for example, from @oldhotel.com to @newhotel.com), all Sertifi accounts linked to the old addresses will need to be updated. This involves disconnecting each user's EID from the old email and re-linking it to the new one.
How to request a bulk update
Contact Sertifi Support and provide a list of each affected user with:
- Their EID
- Their old email address
- Their new email address
- Their current role (Super Admin, Admin, etc.)
Support will disconnect the old emails, update the system records, and confirm once complete. Your Super Admin can then re-add users using the new email addresses via Administration > Create Admin.
Timing tip
Submit this request before your old email addresses are deactivated. If old emails are already disabled, the update process may be slower — please note this in your request.
