Overview
Super Admins can change the role of any user in the portal. This controls what that person can see and do in Sertifi. Roles range from User (view only) up to Super Admin (full access).
Who can do this?
Super Admins only.
Steps
- Log in to your Sertifi portal.
- Go to Administration > View Admins.
- Find the user and click their email address.
- On their profile page, select a new role from the Role dropdown.
- Click Update.
Role levels explained
- User — can sign and receive documents, cannot send or manage files
- Admin — can send files and view their own files
- Power Admin — can view all files in the portal
- Super Admin — full access including user management and settings
- Disabled — removes portal access without deleting the account
Need to remove access entirely?
Set the user's role to Disabled. This prevents login without deleting their history or files.
