Overview
If you receive a Sertifi invitation or notification email in Yahoo Mail and it appears blank, this is caused by Yahoo's upgraded inbox feature — not a problem with Sertifi.
How to fix it
Click the Refresh button in your Yahoo inbox. The email content will load normally after refreshing.
This issue does not occur in Yahoo's Classic inbox mode. If switching to Classic inbox resolves the problem permanently, you can leave it in Classic mode.
If refreshing does not work, try opening the email in a different browser or email client.
