What this means
When a Super Admin creates a new user account in Sertifi, the system sends an activation email to that address. Until the link in that email is clicked, the account remains inactive and you will see an Account Not Activated error when trying to log in.
How to fix it
- Check the inbox of the email address that was added to Sertifi.
- Look for an email from Sertifi with a subject like Activate your account or Welcome to Sertifi.
- Check your spam or junk folder — activation emails are sometimes filtered.
- Click the activation link inside the email.
- Once activated, return to your portal URL and log in normally.
Didn't receive the email?
Contact Sertifi Support at support@sertifi.com and we will resend the activation email. Please include the email address that was added and your property name.
