Overview
If you enter incorrect login credentials too many times, your Sertifi portal account will be temporarily locked. The lockout only affects the individual user who triggered it — other users on the portal are not affected.
How long is the lockout?
For security reasons, Sertifi deliberately does not disclose the exact lockout duration or the number of failed attempts that trigger it. This prevents automated brute-force attacks from knowing when to retry.
What to do if you're locked out
Wait a short period and try again. If you remain locked out, contact your Super Admin or Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com to have your account unlocked.
