eAuthorizations portals
For standard eAuthorizations portals, the number of Super Admins is typically limited to 3 per portal — this limit is set by Marriott's program requirements for their properties. For non-Marriott portals, there is generally no enforced limit, though best practice is to keep Super Admin access limited to those who genuinely need it.
Why limits exist
Super Admins have the highest level of access including the ability to view unmasked credit card numbers, manage security groups, and change portal settings. Limiting the number reduces security risk.
