Who can do this
Super Admins only.
Steps
- Log in to your Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > Create Admin.
- Enter the new user's email address and click Search.
- If the email is already in the system, you will see a message showing their current role. Click Change Role if you want to update it instead.
- Select a role from the dropdown.
- Select which workflows they should have access to: Agreements, Authorizations, or All.
- If your portal uses SSO (Marriott EID, Hyatt Global ID, Hilton), enter the user's Enterprise ID in the EID field.
- Click Create Account.
The user will receive an activation email. They must click the link and complete activation before they can log in.
Role levels
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| User | Sign documents only — cannot send or manage files |
| Admin | Send documents and view their own files |
| Power Admin | View all files across the portal and access reports |
| Super Admin | Full access — manage users, settings, and permissions |
| Auditor | View-only access to all files — cannot send or edit |
Note: Credit card viewing access is separate from role level and is managed through Security Groups. See: How to View or Unmask Credit Card Information.
User not receiving the activation email?
Go to Administration > Resend Activation Link, enter their email, and click Resend Email.
