How to Find the File Activity Certificate

Overview

The File Activity Certificate is an audit record of everything that happened on a document — including who viewed it, when it was signed, IP addresses, and timestamps. It serves as legal evidence of a completed signature.

How to access it

1. Log in to your Sertifi portal.
2. Navigate to the file and click its name.
3. Scroll down to the File Maintenance section.
4. Click View Certificate.
