Overview
If your property's logo has changed — due to a rebrand, flag change, or simple update — Sertifi Support can swap the logo on your CC Authorization form and re-upload it to your Document Library.
What to send us
- Your new logo file (PNG or high-resolution JPG preferred)
- Your portal URL
- The name of the form in your Document Library that needs updating
Support will replace the logo, verify the form's data tags and signature fields are still intact, and re-upload. You may need to log out and back in before the updated form appears.
If you also use Delphi or Salesforce
Let us know and we will update the form in your integration as well.
