Overview
Sertifi portals are provisioned with specific product access — either eAuthorizations (eAuth), eSignatures (eSign), or both. If you can only see one product on your dashboard, it means your portal or your user account has not been set up with access to the other.
There are two separate situations that look similar but have different solutions:
- Situation A: You can see eSign on your dashboard but cannot switch to it
- Situation B: Your portal only has eAuth and eSign has never been enabled
Situation A: You Can See eSign But Can't Switch to It
If your portal has both eAuth and eSign, you can switch between them using the globe icon in the upper right corner of your Sertifi screen after logging in.
- Log in to your Sertifi portal.
- Look for a globe icon or world icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click it to switch between your eAuth and eSign portals.
If the globe icon is not visible, your user account may not have been added to the eSign portal. Contact your portal's Super Admin to add you.
Situation B: Your Portal Only Has eAuth — eSign Has Never Been Set Up
If your dashboard only shows eAuthorizations and there is no eSign option at all, eSign has not been provisioned on your account. This is a licensing change that requires Sertifi to enable.
What to do: Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com and include:
- Your portal URL (e.g., www.sertifi.com/YourPortalName)
- Your property name and brand
- Confirmation that you want eSign (contract/document sending) added to your portal
Your Sertifi CSM will be looped in to discuss access and any licensing requirements.
How to Add a User to the eSign Portal (Super Admins)
If a team member has been set up in the eAuth portal but needs access to the eSign portal as well, a Super Admin can add them directly:
- Log in to the eSign portal (use the globe icon to switch if needed).
- Go to Administration > Create Admin.
- Enter the user's email address and click Search.
- Select the appropriate role (Admin or higher to send documents).
- Save to complete the setup.
The user will receive an invitation email to activate their eSign access.
