Why Is a Signer Still Getting Reminder Emails After Signing?

Overview

If a signer is still receiving reminder emails after signing, it usually means they were sent additional files that they have not yet completed.

How to fix it

An Admin or Super Admin should review the signer's open files in the portal and delete any unsigned documents that are no longer needed. Once those are removed, the reminder emails will stop.
