Overview
This message means the signer no longer has access to the document. There are two common reasons.
Possible causes
- The document expired — The sender set an expiration date and it has passed, or the portal's auto-expire setting closed the folder. The sender can un-expire the file and resend the invite.
- The signer was removed — The sender edited the folder and changed the signer to someone else, which revokes access for the original recipient.
What to do
Contact the person who sent you the document. They can un-expire it or confirm whether a different signer was intended.
