Default expiration
Any unsigned document or folder sent through Sertifi expires 180 days after sending by default.
How to change the expiration setting
Super Admins can adjust this default. Go to Administration > Account Settings > Account Settings. Navigate to Signing Features and adjust the expiration timeframe in the dropdown.
Can I set a custom expiration per document?
Yes — when sending a folder, you can set a specific expiration date for that send, which overrides the portal default for that document only.
