No. When you set up reminder notification rules in your portal, only the active signer(s) receive reminder emails. CC'd recipients are not included in reminder rules.

CC recipients receive notification emails when specific events occur (such as when a document is fully signed), but they do not receive reminder nudges to complete the document.
