How to Set Signatures to Mouse-Sign Only

Overview

By default, Sertifi offers multiple signature options (draw, type, upload). You can restrict signers to mouse/drawn signatures only.

Steps

1. Go to Administration > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2. Locate Allow Mouse Signature.
3. Select Enabled from the dropdown.
4. Click the radio button for Mouse.
5. Check the box for Force Default.
6. Click Save.

After this setting is applied, signers will only be presented with the mouse/drawn signature option.
