Can a Signer Save Their Signature for Future Documents?

Overview

Yes — signers can save their signature so it prefills automatically on future documents sent to them through Sertifi.

How it works

After a signer completes a document, Sertifi sends them an invitation to create a Sertifi account. Once they set up their account and enable Prefill Signature Fields in their profile, their signature will automatically populate on future documents.

This setting is controlled by your portal's 'Email new users to access the site after documents are signed' option, which is on by default.
