In-Person Signing Not Working on Microsoft Surface Pro

Overview

There is a known issue where finger or stylus signing does not work correctly on Microsoft Surface Pro tablets.

Workaround

Ask the in-person signer to use the type-to-sign option instead of drawing their signature. This option is available in the signing interface and allows the signer to type their name, which is equally valid as a legal electronic signature.
