Can I Rename a File Room or Folder After It Has Been Sent?

Short answer

No. Once a file room has been sent, the folder name cannot be changed.

What you can change

If a document inside the file room has not yet been signed, you can remove it and replace it with a correctly named file. Once a document has been signed, it cannot be removed or renamed.

Before sending — name it carefully

The folder name is set when you create the file room. Double-check the name before sending, as it cannot be edited afterward.
