How Do I Replace or Update a Form in My Document Library?

Overview

If you need to replace an outdated CC Authorization form or any other document in your Sertifi Document Library — for example, because it is too small, has incorrect branding, or needs updated fields — Sertifi Support can upload the new version for you.

How to request a form replacement

1. Email Sertifi Support at [e-mail].
2. Attach the new form (PDF).
3. Let us know which existing form it should replace.
4. If the form needs data tags or payment fields applied, mention that in your request — Support will configure it to best practice.

If you use a Delphi integration

After a form is updated in Sertifi, your Delphi integration will still reference the old version until it is updated there as well. Sertifi Support can guide you through updating the template in Delphi, or you can do it yourself by following the steps in our Delphi template update guide. You will need temporary login-as access to your Delphi account for Support to make the change on your behalf.
