How Do I Edit or Customize My CC Authorization Form?

Overview

Sertifi CC Authorization forms can be customized to match your property's requirements. However, there are important rules around what can and cannot be included to maintain PCI compliance.

What you can customize

• Your property's logo and branding
• The fields and layout of the form
• Adding or removing non-payment fields (name, arrival date, room number, etc.)

What you cannot include

• A field asking guests to manually enter their CVV number — CVV must only be collected via Sertifi's secure payment tag, not as a free-text field
• Any field that stores sensitive cardholder data outside of Sertifi's PCI-compliant tagging system

How to request a form update

Email your updated PDF to [e-mail]. We will review it, apply the correct Sertifi data tags for payment and signature, and upload it to your portal.
