Why this happens
When multiple fields in a Sertifi document share the same data tag name, the system treats them as a single field and populates all instances with the same value. This is called a duplicate tag name issue.
Example
If your Bonvoy clause has multiple fields all tagged [GuestName], entering the guest's name once will fill every field with that same name — even fields intended for different information.
How to fix it
Each field in your document must have a unique tag name. For example:
[GuestName_1],[GuestName_2],[GuestName_3]
Contact Sertifi Support with a copy of the unfilled document and we will review the tag structure and correct any duplicates.
