How Do Multiple Admins View the Same Files on Their Dashboard?

Overview

In Sertifi, what each Admin sees on their dashboard depends on their role. Super Admins and Power Admins can view all files sent by anyone on the portal, while regular Admins typically see only files they have personally sent.

How to view all files

1. Log in to your portal.
2. Click View Auths (or View Folders for eSign).
3. Select View All from the dropdown.

This will show all file rooms across the portal, not just your own sends.

Multiple Admins seeing the same dashboard

All Super Admins on a portal share access to the same file pool when using View All. Regular Admins only see their own files unless their role is elevated.

Role requirements

• Super Admin / Power Admin: Can view all files via View All
• Admin: Can only view their own files by default

To give an Admin access to all files, a Super Admin can elevate their role to Power Admin.
