Overview
Sertifi allows you to send both a signature document (contract or agreement) and a CC Authorization form in the same file room, so your guest can complete everything in one interaction. This requires your portal to have both eSign and eAuth enabled.
How to send both together
- Start a new send (Send Agreement or equivalent on your dashboard).
- On the file room setup page, click Add Document from Library to add your CC Auth form.
- Upload or add your contract document as well.
- Set the order of signing if needed (contract first, then CC Auth, or vice versa).
- Complete the guest details and send.
If you only see CC Auth and not the contract option
Your portal may only have eAuth enabled, not eSign. Contact Sertifi Support — we can check your portal settings and connect you with the team to enable eSign if it is part of your contract.
Best practice note
Including both in one send is efficient, but be aware that guests occasionally complete one and abandon the other. Consider sending them separately if completion rates are a concern — see: Should I Send an eAuth and a Payment Request in the Same Folder?
