Who can do this?
Super Admins only. If you do not have Super Admin access, contact your portal's Super Admin or reach out to Sertifi Support.
Before you begin
- Have the new logo file ready — PNG format is recommended.
- The logo appears on the signing page and in email notifications sent from your portal.
- Logo changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear. Check in an incognito window to bypass browser cache.
Steps
- Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com and request a logo update.
- Attach your new logo file (PNG preferred) and include your portal name or URL.
- Sertifi Support will apply the change and confirm when it is live.
Note: Logo updates are handled by Sertifi Support — this setting is not directly accessible to portal admins in most configurations. If your portal has self-service logo management enabled, you will find it under Administration > Account Settings > Account Settings > Portal Logo.
Logo not updating after the change?
Open your portal in an incognito or private browser window. If the new logo appears there, your browser cache needs to be cleared. See: How to Clear Your Cache and Cookies.
